We ship worldwide, and every order is packed with care.

These are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. They start from the day your order ships, and they don’t include processing time. For a more specific ETA on the item you want, message us on WhatsApp, Messenger, or by email.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free to the USA, UK, and Canada. For other countries, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Express Shipping
Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee and usually arrives in 3-7 business days after processing. Express orders may be subject to customs clearance, and you’ll need to cooperate with customs and pay any taxes due. If you’d rather not pay import taxes, please choose standard shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking details are sent to the email you used at checkout. Please allow 2-4 days after shipping for tracking to update. If your order ships in several packages, each will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These aren’t included in your order total and are your responsibility.
Shipping Address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can only change it before your order ships, so email us right away if you spot a mistake. We can’t take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Delays
Delivery can take longer during busy seasons (Christmas and Valentine’s Day), or because of customs checks, severe weather, or other things outside our control. We’ll keep you updated if we learn of a significant delay.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after 45 days (US) or 35 days (other countries), or tracking hasn’t moved for a long time, contact us and we’ll look into it. For orders marked “delivered,” please check with neighbors, your building’s reception, and your local post office first. See our Return & Refund Policy for what we cover.
